There are several ways that you can stop thinning hair. But when it comes down to it there are really only three ways that you can really stop it from occurring. Now before you hit the Internet and start buying products like they are going out of style you need to remember a few basic things. First determine the exact cause of why your hair is thinning. There are several factors that will lead to this problem for a man. The first is your genetics, if dear old dad had thinning hair, then you will have this same curse chances are. Stress plays a huge part in this equation. The more stress that you have then the more likely your hair is going to fall out.

Now the question is asked, how do I stop my hair from thinning? This answer is simple, there are certain things that you can do, along with certain treatments that will help stop thinning hair. The first is a simple home remedy that you will be able to use. This simply involves the use of olive oil. You take the olive oil and massage it into your scalp. The next morning simply rinse out. This helps to free up follicles on your scalp that may be clogged, this clogging is usually a result of the shampoos and hair care products that we use on out hair. A simple olive oil treatment will go a long way in solving this problem.

The next way to prevent your hair from thinning, is to use the pulp of an onion. Grounding this into a paste will make your head smell funny, but it will also help to stimulate new hair growth on your scalp. The hair is very sensitive, the slightest damage and it will break or fall out. Many times chemicals tend to make a persons hair a lot more brittle than it really should be. The Pulp of either onion or garlic will make a persons hair a lot more manageable.

The final way of stopping the thinning hair problem is to buy a product over the counter. These tend to stop hair from thinning. The main problem is that if your thinning hair is caused by genetics, then you will be better off just shaving it and going with the bald look. Thinning hair that is the result of genetics, is not really able to be reversed or even stopped for that matter. This is just a plain and simple truth.

When it comes to thinning hair there are several things that can be done, but many of these are expensive or time consuming. You will need to sit down and determine the causes of your thinning hair. After this then determine the best course of action that will be best for you and your situation. Once you have done these two simple things then you will be ready to take the problem of thinning hair into your hands. This will allow you to determine which way is best in stopping your thinning hair.

The time has arrived, you wake up and something feels wrong, almost out of place. You get out of bed, brush your teeth, then you raise your head look in the mirror and see the balding spot on your head. It hits you, your hair is thinning and you are balding. This is not supposed to happen to you, you have a complete set of hair and are the ladies dream with your flowing head of hair. But now you are beginning to develop a solar panel on your head, balding is starting to affect you. Now before you run out and cut a portion of your carpet, in hopes of covering this up. You need to realize that there are factors that lead to a person balding. If this is not a problem in your family, then you are in okay shape. If this is a problem well then you are doomed to balding in your future.

If you are one of the first group, then you are lucky. The reason for this luck, is that you are able to fix this problem, and put a end to your balding problem. Ask yourself this question, is my life stressful? If you answered yes, then we are well on out a way to stopping your balding issue. Stress can play a crucial consideration in your balding problem. If you are a person that worries a lot, then you are prone to your hair falling out as a result of balding. If this is not the case then move on to step two. Look at the items that you use in your daily life on your hair. These products tend to contain chemicals that will reduce your hair. This weakened hair tends to break a lot easier than usual hair. You will need to try using olive oil in your hair to improve your balding problem.

The foods that you eat can lead to balding, this may sound stupid but it is the fact. Foods that are high in fat, tend to destroy the follicles of your hair and thus lead to a balding issue. Try cutting down on your fats, see if this helps at all or not. If diet seems to not be the problem, then you will need to consider looking into your other health habits. People who smoke a lot tend to experience balding a lot more than those who do not. Try cutting this down to see if that helps with your balding problem.

Balding is not a death sentence, there are plenty of things that you are able to do. These are a few of the things, that are designed to get you on your way to stopping your balding. The ability to do something is in your hands, just remember that products from the store contain chemicals sometimes that will either exacerbate the problem, or will lead to other issues with you such as low sex drive. If all else fails try the carpet idea, hopefully nobody will be able to tell the difference.
